Who We Are

We are civil trial lawyers, who represent a wide variety of people with claims because of denied disability benefits, on the job accidents, traumatic injuries, work-related illnesses, or the death of loved ones. Since our inception in 1978, our legal expertise and experience has helped thousands of people with claims in federal or state courts all across Alabama and the southeast. Occasionally, people have legal problems that are outside the principal areas of our practice. In most instances we are able to refer the matter to a lawyer in whom we have confidence. We are affiliated with the law firm of Prince, Glover & Hayes, P.C. on serious car and truck wrecks, personal injury and wrongful death and other civil matters and disputes.

We typically represent those who are disadvantaged and in need of someone to help them understand the confusing process of obtaining benefits or resolving disputes.
